The Hatta Government Housing project is a unique construction that spreads over a vast area of 36,000 m2 and accommodates 259 precast housing units. Each unit offers spacious two-story plans of approximately 175 m2.

All buildings have been designed bearing in mind the green building concepts. Extra attention has been devoted to the use of solar energy for external lightings and water heating systems. Design elements have been implemented following Hatta’s unique building-features.
