The 37-story Park Lane Tower is a mixed-use development project that provides commercial offices, residential properties, retail boutiques, a five-star hotel, entertainment and public facilities. The tower was innovatively structured based on the requirement to create the most well organized and centralized business and residential address.
The total built-up area is 43,000 m2. BCG’s work included a futuristic and avant-garde façade installation, luxurious interior finishing, and all MEP works.
