Villas in the Sky is Another KAFD landmark it is a polygon with four equal sides allowing for very flexible spaces. The shifted upper plates create a jagged facade that visually differentiates the various architectural features in the mixed-use building. With a 36-story and a total build up area of 41,000 m2. The building has a LEED Gold in its Energy label and is the 14th tallest in Riyadh.
In the building’s podium which consists of 3 stories are dedicated to retail and are connected to the Wadi, while the Skywalks create easy access and optimal connection for users. The next 14 stories are designed as office space and the top 12 floors house 22 residential units. BCG’s work included Construction and MEP of the tower.
