Summary
Mr. Abdulaziz Binladin is an experienced executive, business leader and entrepreneur who has led various companies in the contracting industry through different stages of growth and has driven these companies towards profitability and stability for over 20 years as an owner, chief executive officer and/or managing director.
At the beginning of his career, Mr. Abdulaziz always exhibited a keen entrepreneurial mindset such that at an early age of 22 years old, he has already established his own industrial manufacturing company in the year 2002 which specializes in bespoke design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of building access units for various built structures, which continues to operate successfully to date.
In the succeeding years since forming his first company, Mr. Abdulaziz has ventured into various business interests ranging from real estate, logistics, tourism, trading and facilities management through ownerships and management of these companies.
Prior to being appointed as CEO of BCG, Mr. Abdulaziz spearheaded the transformation of BCG to optimize productivity and cost efficiency with key initiatives such as organizational restructuring and adoption of the various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to meet the evolving requirements of the business.
As CEO, Mr. Abdulaziz steered the company during uncertain times during the pandemic towards stability which enabled the company to stay afloat and competitive despite various market challenges. Moreover, Mr. Abdulaziz provided the vision and strategic direction by diversifying the company’s revenue stream to adapt to changing market dynamics, which is one of main factors contributing to the company’s continued success today.
Going forward, Mr. Abdulaziz is dedicated and focused to achieving long-term success by delivering continued growth and profitability, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and creating value for all stakeholders.
