Construction of (30MIG) Water Reservoir in Hatta

Construction, testing and commissioning of two pre-stressed concrete reservoirs of 15 MIG capacity each with a total capacity of 30 MIG in total in Hatta with interconnection of pipelines to the existing 5 MIG reservoir.

BCG Work Consisted of engineering and value engineering and Construction of operation control building, chlorine dioxide facility, substation building, Outdoor electrical room/PLC, Pump room, guard house & Boundary wall & Yard piping.

BCG Engineering and Value Engineering of the project lead to a reduction in cost up to -28% and with BCG Engineer in the project elements reaching to -40 % inCost Per Gallon, -71% in Tank Reinforce Steel, -62% inTank Concrete, -64% in Tank Form works, -40% in the Cost Per Tank.
